The question simply says that the the athletes will end on the same point from where they started.
Now displacement is the shortest route between initial and final positions.
But when the initial and final position is same it means that there is no change in position and hence the Displacement will be 0.

There will be no calculations as the initial and final position is same. The calculations will be for distance bro not for displacement
If you want to know the distance it is as follows:
Length of the park * 4 = 200*4 = 800m
