according to question
no. of hours=11/4=x

so, 10+5(11/4-1)
10+5×7/4

• for one/first hour cost is 10

• for other any hours after the first hour °= 5

• let number of hours = x..(1)

• so,no of x hours = 10+5(x-1)

• from the question it is said that number of hours = 11/4

•from(1)

Number of hours= 11/4 = X

•So,it is equal to 10+5((11/4)-1)

= 10+5×7/4

= 10+35/4

= 75/4 = 18.75 rupees

• Therefore ,the cost for 11/4 hours is 18.75 rupees.
