Solution:
Let say Mohammed scored = M
Ayo scored 3marks less than Mohammed = M - 3
Mohammed scored 5marks less than Ahmed
=> Ahmad scored = M + 5
Total Marks of all three = M + M -3 + M + 5
= 3M + 2
total marks scored by the three boys is not less than 250
=> 3M + 2 ≥ 250
=> 3M ≥ 248
=> M ≥ 82.67
=> M = 83
the minimum whole mark obtained by mohammed = 83
