\sf\red{Solution :-}

  • Let's find the percentage gained in both the subject .. This makes easier to find which score is better !

Marks scored in mathematics \longrightarrow\sf{75 / 80}

\rm\blue{Total \:percentage} \longrightarrow\sf{75 / 80 × 100 = 93.75 \:\%}

Marks scored in science \longrightarrow\sf{92 / 100}

\rm\blue{Total \:percentage} \longrightarrow\sf{92 / 100 × 100 = 92 \:\%}

So, as we can see he scored better in Mathematics !

Answer:

He scored better in mathematics .

Because he got 75 out of 80 means only five marks are cut off but in science he got 92 out of 100 means only eight marks are cut off.So the correct answer is mathematics.
