R = S ( \frac{l}{100 - l}

R = S \frac{33.7}{66.3}  l= 44.7

   = S (\frac{1}{2}

if 12 ohm resistance is included in parallel with S

  then  1/s = 1/s + 1/12

             S= 12S/ (12+S)

R = S \frac{51.9}{48.1} ≈ S (1.07) ≈ S = \frac{12 S}{ 12+S}

now we have

\frac{1}{2} S = \frac{12S}{12+S}

S= 12ohm

R =\frac{1}{2} * 12
