Answer:

90 liters primer to be altered

Step-by-step explanation:

Quantity of mixture = 210 liters

Ratio of paint and primer = 3 : 2

Let quantity of paint = 3x

Quantity of primer = 2x

Paint + Primer = Mixture

3x + 2x = 210

5x = 210

x = \dfrac{210}{5}

x = 42

Quantity of paint = 3x

                            = 3 × 42

Quantity of paint = 126 liters

Quantity of primer = 2x

                               = 2 × 42

Quantity of primer = 84 liters

Now, the ratio is to 4 : 3

So, quantity of paint = 4x

quantity of primer = 3x

4x + 3x = 210

7x = 210

x = \dfrac{210}{7}

x = 30

So, quantity of paint = 4x

                                  = 4 × 30

Quantity of paint = 120 liters

Quantity of primer = 3x

                               = 3 × 30

Quantity of primer = 90 liters

Hence, 90 liters primer to be altered.
