Step-by-step explanation:

Since we don't know the exact Amt, we take them as 5x and 3x

Mixture - 28 litres

Added - 2 = 30 litres

5x + 3x = 30

8x = 30

x = 30/8

x = 3.75

Then , multiply 3.75 with 5 and 3

You get- 5 * 3.75= 18.75

3* 3.75=11.25

Step-by-step explanation:

here the ratio of milk and water is 5:2 now let we considered that the water present is 2x and milk present is 5x

5x + 2x = 28

then we get x = 4

hence initial volume of water is 8 and milk is 20

after adding 2 litre of water the volume of water become 10

the required ratio is 2 : 1
