Let 5x and x be quantity of milk and water originally.
On adding 5L of water , Water becomes x +5
The new ratio is 5x/x+5 = 5/2
x= 5
So quantity of milk in original mixture = 5x = 25L
On adding 5L of water , Water becomes x +5
The new ratio is 5x/x+5 = 5/2
x= 5
So quantity of milk in original mixture = 5x = 25L
