In mountains, the vegetation varies :

-

  • mostly mountain peaks are covered with snow and they are pernial through out the year.

  • the ranges are assymitrical thus great valleys located with different wildlife.

  • the mountain peaks ranges from 6000-8000 meters, thus decrease in temperature. Yaks and snow leopard could be seen in such area.

  • some mountain ranges , which are 100-120 meters above sea level have step farming. Tea leaves is a good example from this.

  • As the rivers are pernial, they brought sand from the mountains and makes the fertile land for agriculture and shelter for flaura and fauna.

  • There are crescent shaped dunes, in that desert and in Rajasthan. Where there is extreme hot , rainfall is about 100-150 per year. Cacti and throny bushes can be seen here.
