The electrical impulse is the one that gets converted in the form of synapse that is also known as nerve terminal.
The nerve impulse reaches the terminal and then it stimulates the fusion process to the synaptic vesicles before releasing it to the neurotransmitter.
It will bind the specific synaptic neuron to the postsynaptic neuron to generate new action.
