Explanation:

In the question it is given that direction of electron and proton are opposite then

Total charge= proton-electron

p-(-e)

= P+e

Then, 2×10^16+2×10^16 electronic charge

2×2×10^16=4×10^16 electronic charge

1 electronic charge= 1.6×10^-9

Then, we know Q= n.e -(1)

we also know Q=IT

from (1)

n×e=IT

4×10^16×1.6×10^-19= I×2 second

after calculation we found 3.4×10^-3A or 3.4 microAmpere
