In a objective questions(MCQ) exam, I attempted all 60 ques. but instructions were to attempt only 50,So will there be any negative marking?

Most probably the exam you are asking about is the Term I exam of CBSE Boards. In that case, the first required number of questions from each section will be only included in the result.
Example: In a particular section, you need to attempt 16 out of 20 questions and you did all 20, then only the first 16 will be picked out for evaluation and others will remain extra.
There is no negative marking so cheer up!
