In a paragraph define the following concepts

Explanation:

A. Study Skills: The approaches to learning are research skills, academic skills or study methods. They are usually important to school achievement, which is seen as key to good score/grades and useful for lifelong learning. Study skills include a range of skills to tackle the way new knowledge is processed, stored or evaluated. These include mnemonics that help to keep knowledge lists; effective reading; concentration methods and effective taking of notes. While often it left to students and their support network , study skills s are taught more and more in high schools as well as at university level. In more general terms, the capacity to learn, hold and retrieve information that helps in and passing examinations can be considered a research skill, including time management and motive technology. Study skills are careful methods that can be deployed in  all or most of the fields of study, typically within a short period of time. Therefore, they must be differentiated from techniques unique to a particular field of study (e.g. music or technology) and from student abilities such as intellectual aspects or modes of learning.

B. Study Strategies: For students it is important to have successful study strategies that make the process interesting. They don't annoy and discourage them. Studying can be an enjoyable and positive student experience. As ideas to make this happen to all students, you can share the following approaches and tips.

(i) When the professor talks, it is important to focus and avoid distractions. Practice listening consistently by concentrating on what you are doing and in your own words taking notes. It helps ensure that the lectures are heard (and understood)

(ii) Areas ranging from mobile phones and social media to friends are everywhere. Know what distracts you in your classroom and how to stop these distractions. When you know that they are going to distract you, avoid sitting next to them. Turning your mobile phone off will also help ensure that your teacher is paid attention.

(iii) With simple and through notes in the classroom, the information you know will be interpreted. These observations will also become studies before a study can be tested. Speak with friends or teachers to ensure your notes are complete, if you have skipped a class

(iv) Raise your hand and ask questions if something is not understood. If you're not happy to ask everyone, write a note to talk to your teacher after school.

(v) Look at your calendar and think about what needs to be done while designing a study plan. Know the types of questions that are going to be answered and the topics to be discussed so that you know what to concentrate on. Set specific targets, such as how many topics you can discuss by the end of the session, for each session.

(vi) A peaceful, well-lit and low traffic location is the best study spot to find. Make sure a simple room for studying and writing is open. Everyone has different needs, so it is vital that you find a place for yourself

(vii) Take a short break of 10-15 minutes every 30 minutes you study. Short sessions are more effective and help you get the most out of your time learning.

(ix) Make it less studious by condensing class notes. Underline the key words or underline them. To organize and simplify details and to help you remember better, you create visual aids like maps, story webs, mind map or contours

(xii) Working with peers helps you to create an interactive environment. This gives you the opportunity to test your knowledge, examine yourself on the material, and help boost mutual trust.

C. Study Style: The phrase "studying styles" refers to the fact that each student learns differently. Technically, the Studying style of a person refers to the preference for absorption, encoding, comprehension and reception of knowledge by students. The student styles are one of the most recognized understandings of learning styles in three categories: visual learners, analytical students and kinesthetic (physical) students.

(i) You tend to use the visual style to organize information and to communicate with others using videos, photographs, colors and charts. Objects, plans and outcomes can easily be reflected in your mind. You have also a strong sense of space, which gives you a good sense of direction.

(ii) When If the physical style is more like you,, you're probably learning about the world around you with your body and mind. You probably want sports and exercise, as well as other physical activities such as gardening or woodwork. During your workouts you like to talk about issues, thoughts and problems. If something trouble you rather go for a walk or run, than sit at home.

(iii) You like to deal with sound and music when you use the aural form. You sense pitch and rhythm well. You may usually sing, perform a musical instrument or recognize the sounds of various instruments. Strong emotions emerge from some songs.
