As opposite angles are equal is a parallelogram, angle A = angle C = 70 deg.

Now as adjacent angles are supplementary is a parallelogram,

angle A + angle B = 180 deg

Therefore, 70 deg + angle B = 180 deg

So, angle B = 180-70 = 110 deg

From above, opposite angles are equal is a parallelogram,

angle B = angle D= 110 deg.
