in a parallelogram ABCD, AB is equal to 18 cm, BC is equal to 12 CM.AE perpendicular to DC, AF perpendicular to BC and if AE=6.4cm, find the length of AF.

Answer:

Area of parallelogram is same

AM×BC=AL×CD

Given AL=6.4cm and AB=18cm BC=12cm

So AM×12=6.4×18

AM=9.6cm
