1) Opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal.

2) Adjacent angles in a parallelogram are supplementary (sumis180°).

∴∠B=∠D=135°

(opposite angles)

∠A+∠B=180°

(adjacent angles)

∠A=180−135

∠A=45°
