Answer:

Given, AB=8cm;BC=4cm

Perpendicular distance between AB and BC is DL=3cm

The area of the parallelogram =base×height

=AB×DL

=8×3=24cm

2

Area of the parallelogram =base×height

=AD×BM

24=4×height

Height=6cm

So the perpendicular distance between AD and BC is 6cm

Answer:

Given, AB=8cm;BC=4cm

Perpendicular distance between AB and BC is DL=3cm

The area of the parallelogram =base×height

=AB×DL

=8×3=24cm

2

Area of the parallelogram =base×height

=AD×BM

24=4×height

Height=6cm

So the perpendicular distance between AD and BC is 6cm
