let the parllogram be ABCD
given AB =3cm and BC =4CM
AB=CD =3 CM (OPPOSITE SIDE ARE EQUALL)
BC =AD = 4CM (OPPOSITE SIDE ARE EQUALL)
PERMIMETER = AB +BC +CD +AD
= 3+4+3+4 =14CM

vatsarudransh5854: everything is right but check your calculation
Girdharik: it is right 14cm
