Let, the angle in a parallelogram be x.

Sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram=180°

 \frac{2}{5} x + x = 180

 \frac{2x + 5x}{5}  = 180

7x = 180 \times 5

x = 128.5

other angle =

 \frac{2}{5}  \times 128.5

 = 51.4
