We know that,

Opposite sides of parallelogram are equal and parallel.

So,

⇒3y - 15 = 2y + 1

⇒3y - 2y = 1 + 15

⇒y = 16

Then , sides will be

✦ 3y - 15 = (3 × 16) - 15 = 48 - 15 = 33cm

✦ 2y + 1 = (2 × 16) + 1 = 32 + 1 = 33 cm

Thus, Opposite sides of parallelogram are of 33 cm.
