Ratio of base: Altitude = 5:2
Let x be a constant
Therefore Base is 5x
And Altitude is 2x
Now we know that area of parrallelogram is product of base and height.
Therefore ATQ
360=5x X 2x
Or x^2 = 360/10
Or x = root over 36 = 6
Therefore Base is 30m
And Height is 12m
I HOPE THIS HELPS

Hey!

Let the values be x and y

Base= 5x
Altitude=2x
Area= 360 m^2

Let's find the base and altitude,
Area of a parallelogram= bh

360=5x*2x
360=10x^2
360/10=x^2
36=x^2
x=√36
x= 6 m

Base= 5*6=30m
Height=2*6=12m

Hope it helps...!!!
