Area of parallelogram = base × altitude

120  {cm}^{2}  = base \:  \times  \: altitude

base and altitude is in ratio of 4:5 than

120 = 4x \times 5x \\ 120 = 20x \\  \frac{120}{20}  = x \\ x =  \frac{12}{2}  \\ x = 6 \: cm

base = 4x = 4×6 = 24 cm

altitude = 5x = 5 × 6 = 30 cm
