In a parallelogram, the base is thrise the length of altitude. Its area is 192 sq.cm. Find its length of the base and altitude.

Let the height of the parallelogram be x

Then, the base will 3x

Now, area of parallelogram is 192cm

It means that base *height =192cm

Therefore, x ×3x=192cm

3x^2=192

X^2=64

X=8cm

It means that

Height is 8cm

And base is of 8×3=24cm
