in a parallelogram the length of the altitude is twice the length of the base its area is 450 square centimetre find the length of the base and of the altitude

here's your answer:-
Let base = x
Altitude = 2x

Area of parallelogram = b × h
450cm sq. = (x) × (2x)
450cm sq. = 2x^2
450cm sq. ÷ 2= x^2
225cm sq. = x^2
15cm = x

BASE = x = 15cm

ALTITUDE = 2x = 2 × 15cm = 30cm

x2=225
