in a parellelogram,

consecutive angles addup to 180°.
=>A+D=180°
62°+D=180°
D=180°-62°
=118°

opposite angles are equal.
=>A=C=62°
=>D=B=118°

A=62°,B=118°,C=62°,D=118°
