The profit will he shared by the three partners as under :

A : 3/16 x P

B : 8/16 x P

C : 5/16 x P

Given 3/16 P = 5/16 P - 60

=> (5/16 - 3/16)P = 60

=> P = 60 x 16/2 = 480

Check :

A gets 3/16 x 480 = 90

C gets 5/16 x 480 = 150

C - A = 150 - 90 = 60
