Let total value of all components be x.

We know that

Central angle = Component/ Sum of all components × 360

So

20 =  \frac{80}{x}  \times 360

x =  \frac{80 \times 360}{20}

x = 1440

Hence

Central angle for value 156 is

 \frac{156}{1440}  \times 360 = 39
