In a planning process ,assumptions and predictions are made about the future :-

a)The step in Planning process :-

i)Selecting a plan.

ii)The main aim in Planning process is to have development.

iii) Development should be done in every phases of the society.

iv)The utmost most important thing in the process of development is evaluating the availability of resources for which it can be utilised in a proper manner with a well prepared plan i.e, how it can be utilised in a proper way/series.

v)Formulating the task involved to perform the activity for development.

vi) Alternate tasks should also involved which can be used in the process of development

b)Examples :- A company has decided to sell his 50% of shares to get benefit but she should have an altar thinking for which we can get profit for selling is shares, how could he bring development in his work by brainstorming some plans for which we could get success.
