So basically this is a mendelian character where this is shown by homozygous dominant and heterozygous conditions. According to the hardy weinberg equation, 640 people can roll tongue now is q^2. Calculate the Q by given below

Total Population is 3600

Tongue rollers are 4000

Net non Tongue rollers -> 640

Fraction of Q² is 640/4000 =0.16

Therefore Q=0.4

from the question of hardy weinberg is -1

P+Q= 1

P=0.6

Now 2PQ shows heterozygous condition

=2*0.4*0.6*4000

=1920

640-> Non Tongue rollers

1920 -> PQ
