In a potentiometer experiment, the balancing length with a resistance of 222 is found
to be 100 cm, while that of an unknown resistance is 500 cm. Calculate the value of
the unknown resistance.​

Answer:

looks like 44.4ohm

as V1= kl1 and V2=kl2 and V is proportional to R.

you will get a relation which is R1/R2= l1/l2.
