300 parents were surveyed,150 parents said that they did not help,60 said that they helped for more than one and a half hour.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the number of parents participated in survey

therefore,30% of x will be

(x×30)÷100=90

x=300

parents who said that they did not help are 50%of 300

therefore,(300×50)÷100=150

parents who said that they helped for more than one and a half hour are 20%of 300

therefore,(300×20)÷100=60
