The ratio of story books to science books is same as the ratio of science books to mathematics books. ( Given )

As the Ratio of Story books to Science books is

2475/1650 = 3 / 2 or 3:2

____________________

Let the number of mathematics books is x.

3/2 = 1650/x. or 3:2 = 1650:x.

x = 1650*2/ 3

x = 3300/3

x = 1100
