Step-by-step explanation:

ariety of notes.

Let the numberof 10 rupees note be x

Let the number of 20 rupees note=x-5

Let the number of 50 rupees note =2x+1

Given that the total value is 860

According to the given data the equation can be formed as:

(x×10)+[(x-5)20]+[(2x+1)50] =860

10x+20x-100+100x+50=860

130x-50=860

130x=860+50

130x=910

x=910/130

x=7

Hence

The number of 10 rupees note =x=7

The number of 20 rupees note=x-5=7-5=2

The number of 50 rupees note=[2x+1]=2×7+1=14+1=15
