Answer:

Sum of all angles = 360°

(2x+4)° + (2x-13)° + (3x+11)° + (4x-5)° = 360°

=> 11x° - 3° = 360°

=> 11x° = 360° + 3°

=> 11x° = 363°

=> x = 33°

Hence, angle A = (66+4)° = 70°

Angle B = (66-13)° = 53°

Angle C = (99+11)° = 110°

Angle D = (264-5)° = 259°
