A+C=2(B+D)
NOW,
A+C+B+D=360. [ANGLES OF A QUADRILATERAL]
2(B+D)+B+D=360
2B+2D+B+D=360
3B+3D=360
3(B+D)=360
B+D=120
A+C=2(B+D)
A+C=2×120
A+C=240
40+C=240
C=200
HENCE OPTION (D)
