The figure is a Trapezium

Quadilateral = ABCD (Given)

AB = 6cm (Given)

CD = 8cm (Given)

Sum of angles A and D is  180° (Given)

Thus,

AB ║ CD ( As sum of angles A and D is  180° )

The figure can not be a parallelogram ( The opposite sides are equal and parallel, whereas here the sides are different. one is 6cm and other is 8cm)

The figure is a trapezium ( The oopposite sides are parallel as well as the measure of the both lines is different. )

Hence, ABCD is a trapezium
