given that
ABCD is a quadrilateral
we know that

sum of all angles in a quadrilateral =360
                                   A+B+C+D=360
             2x+4+2x-13+3x+11+4x-5=360
                                          11x-3=360
                                             11x=360+3
                                             11x=363
                                                x=363/11
                                                x=33

A=2x+4=2(33)+4=66+4=70

B=2x-13 = 2(33)-13 = 66-13 = 53

C=3X+11 = 3(33)+11 = 99+11 = 110

D=4X-5 = 4(33)-5 = 132-5 = 127

Hence, all the angles of the quadrilateral ABCD are 70, 53°, 110° and 127°
