It means it is a rectangle or a square.And hence ab is parallel to cd

yes this means ab||dc because when two sides are intersected by a transversal (in this case ad is transversal ) and if angle made by sides with transversal sum equals 180 then the sides are parallel

this quad have special name trapezium
