total distance = 100m
Speed = Distance / Time
Let s,d,t of A be s1,d1,t1 respectively
Let s,d,t of B be s2,d2,t3 respectively
now keep time as constant , t1 = t2
then distances covered are
d1 = 100
d2 = 90
t = d/s
t1 = t2
so
(d1/s1) = (d2/s2)
100/s1 = 90/s2
s1/s2 = 10/9 = 1.11
s1 = 10/9*s2
therefore
speed of A is 10/9 times speed of B
