\sf\large{\underline{\underline{\red{Solution:-}}}}

\sf{Volume \:of \:water\: collected\: in\: the\: system = Volume }\sf{of\: cylindrical \:tank }

\sf{\underline{\fbox{\color{green}{ L\times B \times H = pie \:r^2 \:h }}}}

\tt{\implies 22 \times 20 \times H = \dfrac{22}{7} \times 1 \times 1 \times 3.5 }

\tt{\implies 22 \times 20 \times H = 11}

\tt{\implies H = \dfrac{11}{22\times 20}}

\tt{\: \: \: \: \: \: \:= \dfrac{1}{40} \:m}

\tt{\: \: \: \: \: \: \:= \dfrac{1}{40} \times 100}

\tt{\: \: \: \: \: \: \:= \dfrac{5}{2}}

\tt{ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 2.5}

\sf{\underline{\fbox{\color{blue}{Hence,\:Rainfall \:on \:system = 2.5\:cm}}}}
