in a rainy day the roads were blocked with floods I saw a wicker basket which was floating with an infant in it.... complete the story

I am just shocked to saw a infant baby in the basket.I look at the roads nobody there but suddenly a thought come in my mind ,i have to take a infant baby to the hospital or police station but I am scared to do something.....and then I am shouting"somebody help the child '' and then with the help of people we called at police station and after 10 to 15 minutes the police officers came and checked the area and they found a poor woman who was suffering from a critical disease leave her infant baby in the corner of the street after researching the officers found the lady and get punished......
