In a reaction, 7.3 g of magnesium carbonate reacted with 10.9 g of acetic acid. The products were 5.1 g of carbon dioxide, 2.9 g of water and 10.2 g of magnesium acetate. Show that these observations are in agreement with the law of conservation of mass.
