in a recipe for bread flour and water are to be mixed in ratio of 3 parts water to 5 parts flour.if 2.4 liters of water are called for how much flour is needed ...can any one solve this step by step please it would be great help

if 3 parts water for 5 parts four
then 2.4 parts of water need how much water

do cross multiplication

3=====>5
2.4=====>?

5 ×2.4 = 3 × p
p = 12 ÷3
p =4
