in a rectangle ABCD , AB =3x-5 and CD = 2x+3 , then what is the value of x ???

Answer:

x = 8

as

AB = CD

opposite sides of a rectangle

:. 3x-5=2x+3

3x-2x=5+3

x=8

3x - 5 = 2x + 3

3x - 2x = 5 + 3
