we know that diagonals of a rectangle are equal and bisect each other

given data,

sum of two diagonals is 20cm

let Length of the diagonals be x(because they are equal)

x+x=20

or,2x=20

or,x=20/2(dividing both sides by 2)

or,x=10

therefore,measure of each diagonal is 10cm
