HerE IS YouR AnsweR ———

length of rectangular paper = 44cm

breadth of rectangular paper = 7cm

when rectangular paper is rolled along

its length , the length became its

circumference through which we can get

the radius and its breadth will become

the height of cylinder .

therefore,

circumference of circle =

2\pi \: r

 =  > 44 = 2\pi \: r \\  \\  =  >  \frac{44 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  = r \\  \\  =  > 7 = r

therefore , the radius is 7 cm

now, the total surface area of cylinder =

2\pi \: r(r + h)

 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7(7 + 7) \\  \\  = 44(14) \\  \\  = 616 \:  {cm}^{2}

therefore, total surface area of cylinder is 616 cm².
