In a rectangular plot of land 70 m long and 40 m broad, a circular garden of radius 17.5 m developed. Find the cost of turfing the remaining portion at the rate of ₹ 28.50 per meter square. A Wire when bent in the form of square, encloses an area of 146.41 cm². If this wire is strangthenedand then bent to form a circle, what will be the area of the circle so formed.

Area of plot=70*40=2800m^2
.area of garden=area of circle=962.11m^2
Remaining area=2800-962.11=1837.89m^2
Cost of turfing=1837.89*28.50=52379.865

Side of square=​​squareroot{146.41} =12.1m
Length of wire=4a=4*12.1=48.4m
Length of wire=perimeter of circle
48.8=2*pi*r
r=24.2/pi=7.703
