Length = 70m

Breadth = 40m

Area = 70 x 40

= 2800m²

Radius of circle = 17.5

Area of circle = πr²

= 22/7 x 17.5 x 17.5

= 22 x 2.5 x 17.5

= 962.5m²

Remaining portion = 2800-962.5

= 1837.5m²

Cost of turfing = 1837.5 x 28.50

= 52368.75 rupees
