in a Refrigerator, why is there a button to open or close light???

Look around the inside edge of the refrigerator and you’ll likely find a small plastic rod sticking out. That rod is a “normally closed” switch and has a spring inside it that makes it want to stick out. Being “normally closed” it completes a circuit that turns on the light when that rod sticks out.
That rod is normally held in by the door itself. When you close the door the switch gets pushed in to the “open” position and the light shuts off. When you open the door the switch can push out and the light turns back on

as there arein't a single refrigerator brand it differs some have at the door some have sensors and not switches
