The angles of the rhombus ABCD are 40° , 40° , 140° and 140°.

  • In rhombus ABCD , ∠CBA = 40°, we have to find the other angles.
  • In rhombus opposite angles are equal.
  • Therefore, ∠CBA = ∠CDA and ∠BCD=∠BAD(Opposite angles of the rhombus are equal).
  • ∠CBA + ∠CDA + ∠BCD + ∠BAD=360     (Sum of all angles of the quadrilateral is 360°)

40 + 40 + ∠BCD + ∠BAD=360

∠BCD + ∠BAD= 280

∠BAD + ∠BAD= 280

∠BAD= 140°.

  • Therefore ∠BCD =140°.
  • The other angles of the rhombus are 40° , 140° and 140°.
